Cegah Sebelum Sakit

hal yang dapat dilakukan agar tubuh tidak mudah sakit. Pertama, kondisi tubuh jgn sampai diperlemah. Dalam kondisi seperti sekarang, stress bias merusak badan juga. Misalnya, orang yang tidak doyan makan, menurunnya mutu menu, istirahat semakin trganggu karena susah tidur, pekerjaan bertambah berat karena harus cari tambahan kiri-kanan. Semua itu memperburuk pertahanan tubuh. Dlam kondisi prtahanan tubuh yang buruk, penyakit jadi mudah menyerang. Selain infeksi, mag, darah tinggi, herpes, sering flu, atau kena virus lain yg smuanya lazim menyerang orang dgan kondisi tubuh yang dibiarkan menurun. Kedua, tetaplah hidup teratur. Dlm musim penghujan, perlu membuat tubuh lebih hangat. Banyak Pilih menu makanan yang hangat, sperti soto, sop, dan mkanan lain yg brprotein tinggi. Ketika tubuh tdk enak, stop krja brat, bristirahat lebih bnyak, dan banyak makan makanan yg mengandung protein tinggi(daging, ikan, susu, telur). Isyarat itu jgn d lawan. Jika merasa tubuh lesu dan mengantuk, bawalah tidur dan jangan melakukan aktivitas apapun. Banyak penyakit menyerang orang yang tubuhnya lemah. Semua penyakit virus, termasuk demam brdarah, cacar air, herpes zoster, dan herpes simpleks mulut, flu, dan banyak penyakit perut disebabkan oleh virus dari jajanan dan lingkungan kotor.

“Semua ancaman tdak mngkn diredam. Yg bsa dilakukan hanya membuat tubuh lebih kuat dgan menu brgizi, cukup istirahat, dan olahraga utk melawan semua ancaman itu”
